Refund policy

Effective Date: July 4, 2026

This policy applies to all parts purchased from Iconic Garage, whether in person or through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Window

You may return most parts within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, provided the conditions in Section 2 are met. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Returned Parts

To be eligible for a return, a part must be:

  • In new, uninstalled, and unused condition unless it was received defective or damaged
  • In its original packaging, with all included hardware, manuals, and accessories
  • Accompanied by the original receipt, packing slip, or order number
  • Free of any markings, adhesive residue, paint, or signs of attempted installation

Parts that have been installed, wired, fluid-filled, or otherwise used cannot be returned for safety and quality-control reasons, except where the part was defective on arrival (see Section 6).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of manufacturer defect:

  • Special-order or custom-ordered parts – these are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed, except in cases of manufacturer defect
  • Electrical components once installed or with broken seals (e.g., sensors, modules, wiring harnesses)
  • Parts marked “final sale” or sold as clearance/as-is
  • Fluids, chemicals, gaskets, and seals once opened
  • Gift cards and shipping charges

4. Restocking Fee

Returns of opened items that are otherwise eligible under Section 2 are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount. Items returned unopened and in original packaging are not subject to this fee. The restocking fee does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

5. How to Start a Return

Contact us before sending anything back:

  • Email info@iconic-garage.com with your order number, the part(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return
  • We will confirm eligibility and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions, including our address at 3133 W. Burbank Blvd., Burbank, CA 91505
  • Ship the part back within 14 days of receiving your RMA; returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective part

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Parts

If your part arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@iconic-garage.com with your order number and photos of the part and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return and send a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs, at no charge to you.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned part, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective part
  • If a refund is rejected (e.g., the part shows signs of use or is missing components), we will contact you with options, which may include return of the part at your expense

8. Exchanges

If you need a different part (e.g., wrong size or fitment), contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns in Sections 1-3. We recommend confirming fitment with our team before ordering to avoid delays.

9. Order Cancellations

Standard orders may be canceled free of charge before they ship. Once a standard order has shipped, it must be handled as a return under this policy. Special-order and custom-ordered parts (see Section 3) cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once the order is placed, as they are ordered specifically for you and cannot be restocked.
